Lou works downtown at the family owned Harquail Brothers. He has lived in Summit for 37 years and always been active in the community. He is a trustee of the Summit Elks Lodge and is the Chair of the Drug Awareness Committee where he works with local police to raise awareness of youth drug addiction. Lou does extensive volunteer work to support veterans, feed those in need during the holidays through the Summit Turkey Drive, and saving Briant Pond.
